How to edit Girl Orders?
If you have a parent who forgets to submit the Initial Order ( and they have physical sales) you are able to edit that for them. Same if they place Initial Order but have to adjust their numbers ( once the parent submits, they won't be able to edit that order).
You will then have one day (Feb 10th) to edit their orders if needed. If by miracle you forget to do that, I am still able to edit on Feb 11th.
To edit the order you go to eBudde and click on the Initial Order tab. Then click on the name of the girl whose order you want to edit.
Do parents need to wait until Feb 9th to submit orders?
No! The parents can submit their door-to-door sales at any point. But keep in mind that once they submit, they CAN NOT edit that order anymore. You are still able to edit in eBudde until Feb 10th.

How to place orders for Booth Sales?
Option 1 - You go to eBudde before Feb 10th ( your due date for Initial Order) and you click the Initial Order tab. You then scroll down and Click on "Booth" - it appears as it is not clickable but it is). It will take you to a page with all the flavors of cookies and you just input the numbers you want. They will be delivered on Feb 22.
Keep in mind you will likely also have some loose boxes of cookies from your girls orders ( cases have 12 boxes each).
Option 2 - You go to eBudde and click Txn Pickups and can place orders there - you need to order at least 3 days before you need the cookies and then you will need to go and pick them up ( Riverdale, Jockey hollow or Paramus).
Payments

OPT OUT of Rewards
the option to opt out of rewards in lieu of higher profits. Available to Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors
You can do that by going to Settings, click Edit in the upper right corner, check off the box that says Opt out of rewards. Save,
If you will Opt Out, you WILL NOT receive any of the rewards listed on the Order Card ( included but not limited to badges, plushies, stickers etc).
If your PGA (Per girl average) is 1-114 boxes you will earn $1.05 per box instead of $0.90.
If your PGA is 115+ boxes you will earn $1.15 per box instead of $1.00.
PGA is for all girls registered in your troop even if they are not selling cookies.
