The Initial Order is due Feb 9th.
Please remind your troop parents they need to submit their sales from order cards by Feb 9th!
FOR COOKIE MANAGERS - Approving the Initial Orders:
Once a parent submits their order cards, it will show up in eBudde. As Cookie Manager you need to log in to eBudde, click the Initial Order Tab. It will list all the girls in there. For each girl who submitted IO, a red note "Approve Parent IO" will display next to their name. You click on that - it will list the amount of cookies they are ordering. Click Save. The red "Approve Parent IO" will change to green "Saved" next to the Girl Scout name.
You can edit those until you submit the Troop IO.
Once you have all the girls approved, you then submit the Troop Order (Upper right corner in the Initial Order Tab) -
